The organisation is relocating to a larger location to serve more people who need their help.
For the past 18 years, Willing Hearts has been providing free meals for the needy and to meet growing demands, they serve more than 9,000 meals daily.
As they continue to expand, the organisation is looking to relocate so as to be able to serve more people, provide shelter for the homeless, facilitate training for volunteers and provide other extended services such as dental and healthcare.
They are near to securing a site at 1 Lorong J Telok Kurau, which consist of a four-storey block and eight single-storey buildings.
However, because of the location’s poor conditions, much renovation works are needed and Willing Hearts is seeking financial help from those with the means to donate.
Some of the renovation works needed include the checking and installation of water, gas and drainage systems.
Donations can be done via cheque, paynow, internet transfer or by scanning a QR code.
