Wheeler’s Market Easter event to host booths by local businesses, terrarium workshop

Have an egg-citing Easter by spending your day at the Wheeler’s Market: Egg-Cited! Edition. 

Held on Apr 9 from 10am to 5pm, the free easter-themed event features booths by 20 local brands that will sell a variety of items such as art for mental wellness, accessories, homeware and more. There will also be a hands-on terrarium workshop and an egg hunt (now sold out). 

Established in 2018, the Wheeler’s Market was created to provide a platform for local brands to showcase their artisanal collections or collectibles. Its latest event was held in March.

Some of the homegrown brands include silentknot which sells items made from macramé (creative knotting technique), Rayne or Shine which sells cacti and succulent arrangements, and Indian Inks which specialises in Henna and Jagua art.

Visitors can also sign up for a terrarium making workshop, organised in collaboration with J2 Terrarium. They can decorate their own egg-shaped terrarium for $17. The program is suitable for kids of all ages.
