Action-comedy film 'R.I.P.D.' entered the list while K-Drama ‘Twenty Five Twenty One’ retained a spot on the list for 10 weeks running.
Netflix Singapore’s top 10 list this past week (Apr 25 to May 1) saw action-comedy R.I.P.D. enter the movies list and K-Drama Twenty Five Twenty One retain a spot on the series list for 10 weeks running.
The action-comedy film R.I.P.D. entered the list at ninth place. Starring Jeff Bridges and Ryan Reynolds, the comedy movie follows Nick Walker, a slain cop who is hired by the director of the ‘Rest in Peace Department’ to fight against renegade ghosts in the afterlife.
Other movies which earned a spot on the list for the first time this past week were Hindi crime drama Gangubai Kathiawadi (first), Polish thriller 365 Days: This Day (second), South African thriller Silverton Siege (third), action thriller Black and Blue (fourth), action comedy Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 (sixth) and documentary The Mystery of Marilyn Monroe: The Unheard Tapes (seventh).
Films which retained spots on the list were drama film Flight, South Korean spy action film Yaksha: Ruthless Operations and documentary White Hot: The Rise & Fall of Abercrombie & Fitch.
For TV shows, Korean horror series Happiness remained at first place for three straight weeks while Chinese Drama Falling Into Your Smile: Season 1 took second place.
The only new entrant to the list was Chinese drama Who Rules The World: Season 1, which entered at seventh place.

The romantic series sees love bloom between a beloved prince and a fearless princess as they venture through the war-ridden martial arts world in a fight for justice.
New episodes of the 40-episode series will be released weekly on Netflix on Thursdays. The first 12 episodes of the show have been uploaded on the streaming service.
Reality series Selling Sunset: Season 5, Chinese historical series The Long Ballad, K-Dramas Business Proposal, Tomorrow, Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce): Season 3, Our Blues: Season 1 and Twenty Five Twenty One: Season 1 retained spots on the list, with Twenty Five Twenty One having a spot for 10 consecutive weeks.
