Udders and Sentosa Development Corporation launch 2 tropical-themed ice cream flavours for Sentosa’s Golden Jubilee
The flavours were inspired by fruits found on the island.
Two tropical-themed ice-cream flavours have been released by Udders, in collaboration with Sentosa to celebrate the island’s Golden Jubilee.
The flavours were inspired by the various fruits that could be found on Sentosa, paying homage to the former pineapple plantation around Mount Serapong and the coconut and mango trees planted by villagers.
The two flavours are named Mango Siloso and Coco Palawan.
As its name suggests, the Mango Siloso uses mangoes as the main ingredient of the ice-cream. Amid the sweet and creamy mango ice-cream are chewy pomelo pulps, giving it a burst of flavour. The ice-cream is vegetarian.
The Coco Palawan, on the other hand, is a Singaporean spin of the Puerto Rican Piña Colada cocktail. The ice-cream, however, does not have alcohol and contains coconut, pineapple and lime, giving it a gentle yet flavourful combination of sweetness with a hint of sourness. It is also vegan.

“After months of research and development, we are excited to be part of Sentosa’s Golden Jubilee celebrations in bringing you these cheery flavours that taste refreshingly good,” said Wong Peck Lin, co-founder of Udders Ice Cream.
Both ice-cream flavours are sold at all Udders outlets, as well as online on its e-store and food delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, GrabFood and foodpanda.
It can also be found on PandaMart and selected Cheers stores.
The ice-cream is also available at various establishments on Sentosa island, including Good Old Days near Beach Station, the Skyline Luge, the FUN Shop at Beach Plaza and the Singapore Cable Car Gift Shop at Imbiah.
