The next time you feel like having croissants, consider visiting Tiong Bahru Bakery. Not only will you receive a buttery, flaky treat, you might also strike gold.

The bakery is giving away a year’s supply of plain croissants to lucky customers who find a ‘golden croissant’. There will be 21 of these specialty croissants released from Oct 11, 2021 to 9 Jan, 2022.

To win, simply go to one of Tiong Bahru Bakery’s seven outlets and buy one of their Specialty Croissants. If you bite into it and find custard, gold flakes and sprinkles, approach the bakery staff and they will give you a QR code to submit your winning entry to.

The prize for finding one of these elusive golden croissants is one plain croissant a day for a year, which is worth almost $1280.

The golden croissants are only available for customers who opt to dine in, and not via delivery services like Deliveroo and Foodpanda.

You can visit Tiong Bahru Bakery’s website to find the list of outlets you can try your luck at.
