Thrifting event ‘Refiesta’ to run at Funan from Mar 17-19; features pre-loved items from influencers’ wardrobes
The disco-themed event will feature 17 local influencers, 10 thrift shops, and 18 small businesses.
Secondhand clothing company REFASH will hold its annual thrifting event from Mar 17 to 19, 11am to 9pm, at its newly opened Funan Mall outlet.
Formerly called The Thrift Festival, this year’s disco-themed event is named ReFiesta: All in One Thrift Adventure and will feature 17 local influencers, 10 thrift shops, and 18 small businesses.
The event space will be split into five zones; Dancing Kings and Queens, Funky Thrift Town, Midnight Fever, Diner Dash and REFASH Rave.
Dancing Kings and Queens will feature numerous local influencers, including Noah Yap, Royce Lee, Sherri Ashlee, as well as popular TikTokers like Clara, Isabelle, and Sherrine.
Visitors will be able to shop directly from their favourite influencer’s closets, with their secondhand apparel starting from just $5.

In addition, 40 per cent of proceeds will be contributed to Daughters of Tomorrow (DOT), an Organisation which facilitates livelihood opportunities for underprivileged women.
Shoppers can also expect to see curated vintage pieces at Funky Thrift Town from various thrift shops like Celery Thrift and Kirlia Wears.

At Midnight Fever, visitors can browse a variety of handmade accessories from small businesses and craft shops like The Dainty Works, Craftology Studio, and Love, Dolce.
Shoppers can also explore premium REFASH items and choose from over 10,000 styles from brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Levi’s, Lululemon, and Alo at the Diner Dash section.
Apparel from brands like Love Bonito and The Editor’s Market will be available at the REFASH Rave section, with prices going from as low as $4.90.
The first 50 customers each day will receive a free limited edition REFASH goodie bag worth up to $120, subject to a minimum spend of $50.
