The trailer hints at the bounty hunter's plans after ‘The Mandalorian’ season two finale.
The Book of Boba Fett got its first trailer on Nov 1, hinting at the bounty hunter’s plans after The Mandalorian season two finale.
Spoilers for The Mandalorian ahead.
The trailer shows Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) and his mercenary ally, Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen) trying to keep the peace among the planet’s petty criminals and even threatening proving that they are more benevolent rulers than Jabba and his successor, Bib Fortuna, who came before.
It is also shown that the team has plenty of firepower to help keep things under control.
Fett was reintroduced to the live-action Star Wars universe in The Mandalorian’s second season, having escaped Tatooine’s hungry sarlacc in the years since 1983’s Return of the Jedi.
The Book of Boba Fett arrives on Disney+ on Dec 29.
Other Star Wars shows coming include Obi-Wan Kenobi, with Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen returning as Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader respectively, as well as Andor, featuring Diego Luna as Cassian Andor from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
