Homegrown coffee brand TAG Espresso opened its second outlet at Takashimaya Shopping Centre on Tuesday (Feb 21).

Located on the second floor of the mall, the 30-seater cafe features a modern botanical theme.

Similar to its first outlet in Raffles City Shopping Centre, the branch at Takashimaya serves the brand’s full range of premium coffee, including the americano and a local-inspired kaya pandan latte.

Seasonal beverages are also available at the cafe.

In addition to seasonal beverages and exclusive drinks, a selection of light bites, Japanese-fusion rice bowls, pastas and burgers are available on the eatery’s menu.

The outlet also offers an all-day brunch menu, serving dishes such as avocado toast, fish and chips, as well as rye bread topped with scrambled eggs and slices of avocado.

Diners seeking a heavier meal can enjoy staples such as the Smoky Fried Rice ($16.80) and the Sirloin Beef Steak ($27.80), which comes with tender slices of medium-rare beef served with an onsen egg, pickled daikon radish and furikake on a bed of fluffy Japanese rice.

To end off a hearty meal, diners can indulge in a variety of desserts such as the chocolate lava cake and the buttery french toast, which is topped with a scoop of vanilla gelato and chocolate syrup on the side.

TAG Espresso also offers dairy-free options such as oat milk and coconut milk, which are available at a top-up of $1.

As part of TAG Espresso’s second outlet launch, customers can enjoy one-for-one drinks from Feb 20 to 28. This promotion is limited to the first 100 redemptions daily and only applies to selected drinks.

From Mar 1 to Mar 31, customers will also be able to receive a free TAG Espresso two-capsule pack with every order, limited to 100 redemptions per day.

TAG Espresso’s new outlet is located at Takashimaya Shopping Centre #02-11 and is open from 8am to 10pm daily.
