Subway launches Melt Series in 3 flavours; to give out Cha Eun-woo photocards with purchases
The launch is fronted by South Korean actor and singer Cha Eun-woo, Subway’s new brand ambassador.
Fast food joint Subway has launched its Subway Melt Series – in three flavours – on Wednesday (Aug 16).
The three fixed recipes are – Pizza Melt, NYC Beef Meatball Supreme and Californian Avocado Club. Priced at $10.50, the combo meal will include a can of Schweppes and a cookie.
The Pizza Melt contains pepperoni, salami and chicken bacon with red onions, black olives and green peppers. The sandwich is topped with marinara sauce and melted sliced cheese.
Beef meatballs and stacks of pepperoni slices are included with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella in the NYC Beef Meatball Supreme. The Californian Avocado Club has avocado, sliced turkey, chicken bacon, crunchy fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes and red onions with melted sliced cheese and mayonnaise.

The launch comes as part of the establishment’s new brand positioning, “Eat Fresh Feel Good”. It is also fronted by Subway’s new ambassador, South Korean actor and singer Cha Eun-woo.
Starting from Aug 16, Subway will release four limited edition photocards of Cha Eun-woo. A new design will be released every two weeks.
To make an in-store redemption, customers must purchase any Subway Melt Series combo meal and mention a special passcode which can be found across Subway’s social platforms.

Customers can also join the Feel-Good Moments social giveaway to stand a chance to win exclusive Subway merchandise. They can post a “feel-good moment” while enjoying any Subs from the Melt Series, tag @subway.singapore and include #eatfreshfeelgood in the post.
Subway will choose five winners and announce them at the end of the promotion period.
