Streaming service Disney+ to launch in Singapore on Feb 23, 2021

For $11.98 per month, subscribers will receive access to over 500 films and 15,000 episodes of content.

Streaming service Disney+ is officially coming to Singapore on Feb 23, 2021. 

The streaming service will offer over 500 films and 15,000 episodes of content from the following brands: Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star.

Subscription for Disney+ will cost $11.98 per month, or $119.98 a year and can be subscribed via the Disney+ website or the Disney+ app on Android and iOS devices.

In comparison, monthly subscriptions for Netflix and HBO GO cost $11.98 and $13.98 respectively.  

Subscribers in Singapore will receive access to exclusive Disney+ Originals content and specials, including popular The Mandalorian and Marvel Studios’ WandaVision

Additionally, Disney+ will carry a number of shows from Disney’s other non-franchise brands to cater to a wide range of audience. This will include selected movies from 20th Century and shows from FX. 

Disney+ with Star will also offer a wide range of general entertainment content such as hits Deadpool, How I Met Your Mother and Family Guy
