Their newest creation costs $9.90 and is available at all outlets island-wide.
Prata just got a little more boujee as Springleaf Prata Place presents the Praclette, their latest creation inspired by the popular Swiss Raclette dish.
This new prata is stuffed with Swiss raclette, truffle oil, sautéed onion, shiitake mushroom, black olives, sriracha and turkey ham – ingredients you would not typically expect in your prata.
Costing $9.90 each, the Praclette is available at all nine of Springleaf Prata Place’s outlets island-wide.
The Praclette is a new addition to Springleaf Prata Place’s Ultimate Series. Starting with the Ultimate Murtabak introduced in 2012, the prata chain has added a new unique creation to the series annually.
Just last year, Springleaf launched a prata inspired by the German dish Currywurst. Aptly named Däs Prätwürst, this novel prata comes with a chicken sausage and is topped with sautéed onions and mozzarella cheese with a generous drizzle of curry sauce.
Other unusual offerings include the Salted Egg Prawn Prata created in 2016 and the Prata Alfredo created in 2017.
Besides the wide array of pratas, Springleaf also offers other dishes such as thosais, briyanis and murtabaks.
