If you want to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home on premiere day, better start booking your tickets now.

Tickets for the movie went up for presale on Dec 9 and are selling out fast across all theatres islandwide.

On movie showtime and booking site Popcorn, Golden Village (GV) cinemas are selling the fastest, with Bishan D-Box, Funan Gold Class Express, Suntec Gold Class, Grand Gold Class and Vivocity Gold Class having almost all or all their showtimes being completely sold out at the time of this article’s release.

Most other GV theatres are marked as ‘filling up’ or ‘selling out’.

Shaw Theatres JCube IMAX and Jewel IMAX are also selling quickly, with two showtimes already being sold out.

Thankfully, all Cathay Cineplexes are marked as ‘available’ or ‘filling up’ on Popcorn, so if you’re waiting to book tickets with loved ones, your best shot will be at Cathay.

Spider-man: No Way Home premieres in Singapore on Dec 15, and is already being slated as the most anticipated superhero film of the year due to its multiple crossovers.

The film follows Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the aftermath of having his identity revealed to the whole world, where he seeks out Dr Strange to help him rectify that but ends up opening a rift in the multiverse.

From the trailer, it looks like Dr Octopus and Green Goblin will be reprising their roles as iconic Spider-Man villains, as well as other currently unknown characters in Spider-Man’s history.

The film will also likely set up Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which is slated for release in 2022.
