Singapore’s first craft beer truck heads to the CBD from Sep 5 to Dec 4

Singapore’s first craft beer truck will be heading to the central business district from Sep 5 to Dec 4 with a range of local brews.
Run by homegrown craft beer brewery Pink Blossoms Brewing, the BeerTruck will serve a selection of signature craft beers from its brewery in Ubi.
Founder and brewer at Pink Blossoms, Teo Hong Han said: “Brewing our beers in Singapore reduces the time the beers spend on sea. This helps us preserve delicate flavours which are sometimes lost over time.
“As locals, we understand the nuances of Singaporeans’ palates and have applied that understanding to the brewing of our beers.”
The craft beer truck will serve a curated selection of Pink Blossom’s signature brews. These include Lean on Me ($7.9 for 8oz, $14.9 for 16oz) – a New England Pale Ale with citrus and stone fruit hop aromas – and Hundred Years ($7.9 for 8oz, $14.9 for 16oz) – a full-bodied ‘milk stout’ with espresso and chocolate flavours.

The mobile taproom will be at Capital Tower on Mondays and Wednesdays, Ocean Financial Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays and The Promontory @ Marina Bay on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
The BeerTruck will be open from 4pm to 9.30pm on weekdays and 12pm to 9.30pm on weekends at the respective locations.
