Singaporean households to receive second set of digital CDC Vouchers worth $100
The $100 CDC vouchers are valid for use until Dec 31.
All Singaporean households can claim a second set of digital CDC Vouchers valued at $100 from May 11 onwards as part of the CDC Vouchers Scheme 2022.
The CDC Vouchers Scheme 2022 launched by Minister for Finance Mr Lawrence Wong on Wednesday (May 11) is part of the Household Support Package announced during Budget 2022.
First rolled out in 2020, the CDC vouchers were initially distributed physically. This latest tranche of vouchers will be the second time it is being distributed digitally, with the first being in December 2021.
The vouchers will benefit up to 1.22 million Singaporean households and can be used at more than 16,000 participating merchants and hawkers. Singaporeans can find the list of merchants by typing in their postal code at gowhere.gov.sg.
Similar to the December 2021 CDC voucher distribution, only one household member needs to redeem the vouchers online via Singpass. Upon receiving the digital vouchers, the link can then be shared with the other family members.
The redemption and usage of the CDC Vouchers will last until Dec 31.
