Singapore’s Terry Hee, Loh Kean Hean triumph at Li-Ning Czech Badminton Open 2021 for back-to-back competition wins

Team Singapore emerged victorious at the Li-Ning Czech Badminton Open 2021 on Sunday (Oct 24), as shuttlers Terry Hee, Loh Kean Hean and Tan Wei Han bagged gold medals.

Terry and Kean Hean defeated Malaysian pair Man Wei Chong and Tee Kai Wun 13-21, 21-15, 21-15 in the men’s doubles final, to win their second tournament in a row. A week earlier, the pair clinched the gold medal at the Yonex Dutch Open.

Terry, together with wife Tan Wei Han, also clinched the gold medal in the mixed doubles category. The pair defeated Russia’s Lev Barinov and Anatasiia Boiarun 21-18, 21-12 in straight sets earlier on Sunday.
