In 2024, Kallang Wave Mall and its neighbouring retail spaces will sport a new look. The Singapore Sports Hub’s commercial spaces will see a wider retail mix, reconfigured spaces, and more programmes and activities for visitors.

It will host “world-class marquee events”, international sports tournaments, and community-centric activities.

This shift in direction will be helmed by Kallang Alive Sport Management (KASM), a Government-owned subsidiary of Kallang Holding Co. It manages the Kallang Alive project, which aims to revitalise the precinct.

KASM will partner with CapitaLand for the retail refresh. Operation of commercial spaces will be handed over from Stellar Alpha to CapitaLand beginning April 1, 2024 for a term of six years. The term will end on March 31, 2030.

The CapitaStar lifestyle and shopping rewards programme will be introduced for patrons of Kallang Wave Mall.

More information on the partnership can be found on the Singapore Sports Hub’s website.
