Singapore Airlines (SIA) is selling a mahjong set for $388 exclusively in the KrisShop. The set was created for KrisShop’s Batik Label to represent SIA’s iconic batik motif.

It also incorporates other elements inspired by flight and air travel. The character suit has an Airbus A380 plane engraved, and the bamboo suit has been made to look like runway lights.

The white board tile has luggage engraved on it, the green dragon tile (which translates to wealth in Chinese) has an airplane taking off, and the circles suit features different time zones.

The set has 160 pieces, 104 chips, a wind direction die and dice holder, and three dice. The tiles are made of acrylic and the carrying case is made of polyurethane, weighing seven and a half kilograms in total.

Interested buyers can also use their KrisFlyer miles to purchase the set. It costs 48,500 miles to buy, and discounts aren’t available for this item and it’s limited to one set per customer.

This comes after a successful launch of a different mahjong set last year, which was themed after local flowers. The set sold in 2020 was $338 (or 42,250 KrisFlyer miles) and got sold out in their store.
