Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) revealed its rebranding at an internal hybrid event held at SIM’s campus on Jul 20 (Wednesday).

The rebranding aims to reflect the institution’s move towards an industry-focused and skills-based era of lifelong learning.

Termed “the new face of SIM”, the rebranding consists of the tagline “Learn for Life, Thrive for Life” and features a vibrant red and blue colour palette, with red representing the “little red dot” and blue as a nod towards the future.

Circular and triangular elements are also reflected in the rebranding, to showcase SIM’s desire to help all learners reach their potential.

The new brand theme is visible across its website, materials and social media channels.

The rebranding comes amid the transformation of many industries, brought about by developments such as accelerated technological innovation, increased automation and a need to be agile and adaptable to external environments.

Commenting on the rebrand, President and CEO of SIM Mr Seah Chin Siong said: “Our new logo with its vibrant colours and strong identity is a testament to our dynamic approach to education and learning, and our understanding of the industry skills needed for the rapidly-changing working environment now, and in the future.

“It is my hope that this new identity will resonate with learners of all ages, encouraging and inspiring them to embrace lifelong learning throughout their different life stages.”
