Sentosa outdoor night show Wings of Time to reopen from May 18
The show is returning after a two-year hiatus with upgraded pyrotechnic effects to allow audiences to sit closer to the main stage.
The award-winning Wings of Time outdoor night show will return to Sentosa from May 18 after a two-year hiatus.
The show is set in the open sea with a signature backdrop and a large water screen. The storyline follows Shahbaz, a prehistoric bird-like creature, who travels across different landscapes and eras with his friends Rachel and Felix.
Wings of Time provides a multisensory experience with interactive effects such as 3D projection mapping, lasers, giant water jets and pyrotechnics.
Upon the show’s return this month, audiences can expect upgraded pyrotechnic effects created by Sparkular machines, which will allow viewers to safely sit closer to the main stage. The machines produce 80 per cent less smoke than traditional spark machines.
Wings of Time will show at 7:30pm from Mondays to Fridays, and twice a day at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on Saturdays, Sundays, eves of public holidays, and public holidays.
Tickets to the show are priced at $18 per seat. However, local residents can opt to purchase a dinner set meal together with their ticket, in a bundle that is also priced at $18.
The dinner set is offered by Good Old Days Food Court & Western Grill, which is located near the show. Customers can choose between the Asian Delight set and the Burger Combo, both of which come with a beverage and ice cream cup. The menu can be found here.
The reopening of Wings of Time also marks the start of Mount Faber Leisure Group’s plans to open Central Beach Bazaar, a new leisure concept at the Siloso Beach area.
This day-to-night beachside destination will include three new attractions that will be announced throughout the year. Central Beach Bazaar is slated to open by the fourth quarter of 2022.
Tickets to Wings of Time are available on Mount Faber Leisure Group’s website.
