Riot Games, Netflix unveil Arcane character posters
The animated series will explore more of Piltover and Zaun’s lore.
The character posters for the upcoming Riot Games and Netflix animated series, Arcane, have been released.
Set in the utopian region of Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun, Arcane follows the origins of two iconic League of Legend champions and the power that will tear them apart.
Playing the headstrong Vi from Piltover will be Hailee Steinfeld, who previously starred as Gwen Stacy in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
Acting alongside her as Vi’s sister Jinx is Ella Purnell, who some may recognise from Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.
The trailer will be released on Sep 26 during Netflix’s global livestream event. It will be broadcasted on Netflix’s YouTube channel worldwide, as well as their Twitch, Twitter and Facebook platforms.
