Shoppers have to spend at least $100 at the mall to get the red packets and at least $300 to get the tote bags.
The mall is also holding an art exhibition in collaboration with Ode To Art Gallery to welcome the Year of the Tiger. The exhibition, which is free, is located at Garden Court Level 1.

Additionally, over the coming months, shoppers can look forward to more new specialty retail and large format stores as the mall undergoes an upgrade.

Marks & Spencer, which set foot into Raffles City 35 years ago, will also return with a brand new store concept.
New escalators will also be installed at all three levels to enhance the accessibility for shoppers.
General Manager of Raffles City Singapore, Steve Ng, said: “As we welcome the Year of the Tiger, Raffles City is excited to celebrate the festivities with our shoppers with exclusive gifts with purchases, art exhibitions and new stores opening.
