Public transport to be decked out in Hari Raya decorations until May 21
Some MRT stations will also sport the decorations.
Hari Raya is arriving soon, and Singapore’s public transports are ‘dressing up’ to celebrate the occasion!
From now until May 21, trains on all six MRT lines will don Hari Raya-themed decorations.
Five bus services – no. 7, 12, 28, 70, 960 – will also be decked out for the festive period.
Various MRT stations, such as Woodlands on the Thomson-East Coast Line, Punggol on the North-East Line, Bukit Panjang on the Downtown Line, Boon Lay and Bedok on the East-East Line, and Paya Lebar on the Circle Line, as well as the Yishun Integrated Transport Hub, will also be decorated.

These Hari Raya-themed public transports were done in collaboration between the Land Transport Authority, Geylang Serai Constituency Office, and public transport operators.
Commuters will be welcomed with vibrant colours and illustrations of ways to celebrate the occasion upon entering.
According to LTA (Land Transport Authority), this year’s theme highlights spending quality time with family and friends while revisiting culture and traditions.
