Outdoor cinema event Films at the Fort to be held Aug 3-20; tickets now on sale
While all movies will begin at 7.45pm, food stalls and bars will open at 5.30pm.
Outdoor cinema event Films at the Fort is back for its ninth run from Aug 3 to 20 at Fort Canning Green.
Held within Fort Canning Park, this edition of Films at the Fort will feature 12 award-winning films including the action-filled Top Gun: Maverick, the tear-jerking romance movie The Notebook and romantic comedy What’s Love Got to Do With It?.
Amping up the atmosphere at 5.30pm will be DJs and instrumentalists. Their performances will end before the films begin at 7.45pm.
A variety of food and beverages, served by French café The Providore, will also be available for purchase at the event venue. These are offered alongside non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks at the event’s bar.
Tickets are priced at $42.80 per person, with backrest seats available for rental at $6 each. Each ticket purchase includes a cocktail or two non-alcoholic drinks.
Attendees are recommended to print their tickets if they have bought more than one.
All movies will begin at 7.45pm, with the gates, food stalls and bars opening at 5.30pm.
