NParks’ PCN Kindness Campaign to run Jun 24 – Jul 30; $50 grocery vouchers up for grabs
As a collaboration with the Singapore Kindness Movement, installations of the Kindness Cubbies Mascots will be set up along Punggol Waterway.
Grocery vouchers worth $50 will be up for grabs as part of the Park Connector Network (PCN) Kindness Campaign organised by the National Parks Board (NParks) and the Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM).
The campaign, to be held from Jun 24 to Jul 30, will feature the first ever PCN thematic trail along Punggol Waterway. Visitors can look forward to SKM installations, such as a life-sized Cubbies mascot statue, that will inspire acts of kindness.
The launch event of the campaign will happen at Punggol Waterway from 9.30am to 11.30am on Saturday (Jun 24). SKM Cubbies mascots will be present to give out goodie bags to the public.
Members of the public can stand a chance to win grocery vouchers by snapping photos with at least two of the installations and uploading them to Facebook or Instagram. The post must be accompanied by a caption about an act of kindness that they have seen or experienced on the park connectors.
After which, participants will need to tag five friends, include the hashtag #pcnkindness and make the post public from now until Jul 30 in order to be eligible for the lucky draw. Ten winners will be selected.
The NParks Explore A Route (NEAR) mobile app can help users locate the SKM Kindness Cubbies installations along Punggol Waterway.
