A new snow attraction is coming to Changi Airport from May 27 to Jul 11, offering fun activities and an escape from Singapore’s sweltering heat.

The snow-filled two-storey attraction called Peanuts Snow Hangout will let visitors experience sub-zero temperatures with a Snoopy theme.

The different snow activities in the snow house include a snow slide and a 10m snow luge, where thrill seekers can get an adrenaline rush. Others can pose for a picture with an ice sculpture of Charlie Brown or Snoopy lying on top of his doghouse.

With the cold temperatures in the snow house, those who wish to enter will need long pants and socks. Socks will also be available at $2.50 a pair while winter jackets and boots will be provided.

It costs $18 to directly purchase a pass to enter Peanuts Snow Hangout. You may also purchase a discounted pass at $5 with every $30 spent in a single receipt at the public areas of Changi Airport’s terminals or on Changi Eats ($50 for supermarket purchases).

Each session in the attraction is 50 minutes, including registration, preparation and 25 minutes of activity time.

The attraction will be open from 11am to 10pm from May 27 to Jun 26, Jul 1 to 3 and Jul 8 to 11.

When you are done with the snow attraction, you can admire the five Peanuts-themed photo spots across T3 where you can pose with the characters.
