New cafe Bloom Coffee opens in Siglap
The cafe is also pet-friendly.
Taking over the space of the now defunct Stamping Ground Coffee, cafe Bloom Coffee finally opened its doors on Jan 22.
Decked out in Scandinavian interior, the brightly lit cafe serves specialty coffee and sangas – an Australian slang for sandwiches.
For their coffee selection, they have both pour overs and espresso which ranges from $4 to $10. There’s also a selection of interesting beverages like Yuzu Cardamom Lemonade ($7.50) and Yuzu Basil Kombucha ($7.50) for the non-coffee lovers.
Changing to plant-based milk will cost an additional 50 cents while an extra shot will cost $1. However, you can offset 50 cents from your drink order by bringing your own cup.
As for their sangas, they currently have Tonkatsu, Grilled Mushroom & Eggplant, Tamagoyaki Avocado Bacon, PB & Strawberry Basil and Sloppy Bob, which features their specially made beef sauce and cheddar cheese. The prices range from $15 to $18.
You can also opt for their Granola Bowl ($12) or Shoestring Fries ($10).
Bloom Coffee is located at 87 Upper East Coast Road, Singapore 455223 and is open daily except for Tuesdays, from 8am-6pm on weekdays and 9am-6pm on weekends.
The last order for food is at 4pm and coffee is at 5.30pm.
