CapitaSpring is CapitaLand’s newest integrated biophilic development in the CBD area, and it’s also one of the tallest, standing at 280m tall with 51 storeys.

Located at 88 Market Street, the urban skyscraper will have a hawker centre, offices, serviced apartments, retail spaces, and a pool. Two gardens and an observatory deck will also allow occupants of the building to feel more connected to nature.

The hawker centre will be known as Market Street Hawker Centre, and it will occupy the second and third floors of the building. It will have 56 stalls, and is scheduled to open in April 2022.

The serviced apartments will be called Citadines Raffles Place Singapore, and will have 299 units of studios, one and two bedroom units, and loft apartments.

Some of the amenities include a 400m running track in the Fitness Park, a shared working space and kitchen, a jacuzzi and a 25m pool.

There will also be two gardens at CapitaSpring, one of which is the Green Oasis, a 35m-tall spiralling botanical promenade hanging mid-air, 100m above the ground.

Visitors can enjoy the view and greenery of the approximate 38,000 plants from 70 species when they walk through the promenade.

The 17th floor of the Green Oasis is now open to the public from 7.30am to 10.30pm, whereas the 18th to 20th floor from 8am to 6pm.

Another green space to look forward to is the Sky Garden on the 51st floor, which will include a rooftop farm and an observatory deck.

The farms spans around 5,000 square feet, with five themed gardens, whereas the observatory deck offers a 360 degree view of the CBD area against Marina Bay.
