National Service Registration to begin on Oct 20
It is compulsory for all Singaporean and Singapore PR men born between Jul 1, 2004 and Sep 30, 2004 to register.
The National Service (NS) registration will run from Oct 20 to Nov 9.
All Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) men born between Jul 1, 2004 and Sep 30, 2004 will have to register.
Registration can be done here or physically at the Central Manpower Base (CMPB) podium at Depot Road.
During the registration, registrants must select a date between Dec 6, 2021 and Jan 6, 2021 for a medical examination. The medical examination will be held at CMPB on that date between 8am and 1pm.
In the event where you are unable to make it, you may apply for a postponement online or at CMPB. Successful applicants will receive further instructions on when to report for enlistment, as well as their medical examination.
Application for postponement of NS can be done in the period after registration and before commencing it, for the following reasons:
- Work commitment/New employment
- Newly established business
- Full-time studies for first degree and below qualifications
- Examinations
- Marriage/Honeymoon
- Childbirth
