Multi-sensory exhibition Sensory Odyssey to make Asia debut at ArtScience Museum on May 27
The exhibition ran for eight months in Paris last year at the Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle (French National Museum of Natural History).
Multi-sensory exhibition Sensory Odyssey: Into the Heart of Our Living World will make its Asian debut at the ArtScience Museum from May 27 to Oct 29.
The exhibition features hyper-realistic, large-scale projections filmed in 8K-resolution, with 360-degree ambient soundscapes composed by Academy Award Winning Nicolas Becker and custom olfactory creations by International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.
Visitors will get to share experiences with a multitude of plants and animals from seven different ecosystems across the globe, such as swimming with a family of sperm whales or a flower sprouting from the soil.

The exhibition is complemented with an educational gallery showing the diversity of flora and fauna that visitors will encounter during the experience, including local stories about nature in Singapore. It also highlights the importance of conservation and how to care for our planet.

Developed by a team of artists, designers, biologists, engineers, developers, neuroscientists, scent-makers, and media specialists, the exhibition mixes performing arts, cinema and technological innovation, with cognitive and natural sciences.
Tickets for Sensory Odyssey: Into the Heart of Our Living World will be available for purchase from mid-May at all Marina Bay Sands box offices and on its website.
