More than 5,700 BTOs flat launched by HDB for November 2020

A total of 5,795 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats have been launched for sale by the Housing Development Board (HDB) on Tuesday (Nov 17). 

These flats spread across seven housing projects in five estates, with the biggest project in Bishan.

Named after its design, Bishan Ridges comprises six residential blocks that range from 22 to 39 storeys in height. You can choose from 1,502 units of two-room flexi, three-room, and four-room flats. 

The development is also just a five-minute walk from Bishan MRT station, which makes travelling convenient. The estimated completion date is in the second quarter of 2026. 

Prices start from $121,000 for a two-room flexi flat, $374,000 for a three-room flat and $528,000 for a four-room flat. 

In Sembawang, 726 two-room flexi, three-room, four-room and five-room flats are up for grabs at Sun Sails. Prices start from $92,000 for a two-room flexi flat and $336,000 for a five-room flat. Sun Sails is estimated to be completed in the second quarter of 2025. 

The Tampines GreenEmerald, which is bounded by Bedok Reservoir Road and Tampines Street 96, has 750 two-room flexi, four-room and five-room flats. Prices start from $130,000 for a two-room flexi flat, $334,000 for a four-room flat and $460,000 for a five-room flat.

In Toa Payoh and Tengah, there are two new BTO projects offered in the launch. 

At Parkview @ Bidadari in Toa Payoh, there are 358 units of three and four-room flats available.  At Bartley Beacon, there are 880 three, four and five-room flats. The project is located next to Maris Stella High School and is within walking distance from Bartley MRT station. 

The prices for these flats start from $324,000 for a three-room flat, $466,000 for a four-room flat and $627,000 for a five-room flat. 

The Toa Payoh flats will be completed by the second quarter of 2025. 

As for Tengah, both its projects are within the Garden district. 

At the Garden Court @ Tengah, there are 790 two-room flexi, three, four and five-room flats on offer. At the Garden Terrace @ Tengah, there are 789 two-room flexi, three-room, four-room and five-room flats.

Prices for the Tengah flats start from $108,000 for a two-room flexi flat, $194,000 for a three-room flat, $288,000 for a four-room flat and $394,000 for a five-room flat. These flats will be served by Tengah Plantation MRT station and Hong Kah MRT station on the upcoming Jurong Region Line. 

The Tengah flats, which will be completed around the first quarter of 2024,  will also be the earliest to complete in this batch of sales. 

Applications for the flats close on Nov 23, 11.59pm and they will be allocated through balloting.
