McDonald’s to launch limited edition Triple Cheeseburger on Mar 2
The new Apple Custard Pie and an improved version of the Lotus Biscoff McFlurry will also be part of McDonald’s limited-time offerings.
Barely a month after bringing back its Quarter Pounder, McDonald’s announced its new Triple Cheeseburger will be released on Thursday (Mar 2) from 11am.
Besides featuring three beef patties, the fast food chain also announced that the Triple Cheeseburger will adopt McDonald’s “recently elevated” cooking methods, with small changes in ingredients or techniques that showcase a difference in taste.
The burger is topped and tailed with new, soft glazed buns and diced onions to pair with the flavour of the beef patties.

McDonald’s will also release an all-new Apple Custard Pie ($1.80) and an improved version of the Lotus Biscoff McFlurry ($3.50).
For those looking for a bigger meal, the Triple Cheeseburger Feast (from $11.40) will include a large Chargrilled Chicken Flavoured McShaker Fries and a sweet and crispy Apple Custard Pie.
McDonald’s Metropolis also has a fun challenge where groups of three can win free Triple Cheeseburgers if they successfully belt out “mmmm” and hold it for 60 seconds at the digital boards.
The challenge runs from Mar 1 to 3 between 11am to 3pm, and is limited to the first 300 redemptions daily.
The Triple Cheeseburger, Apple Custard Pie and Lotus Biscoff McFlurry will be available for dine-in or takeaway at all restaurants or via McDelivery, GrabFood and Foodpanda for a limited time only.
