McDonald’s launches limited edition Sweet BBQ McSpicy; comes with chicken bacon strips
Additional releases include a coconut-flavoured pie and Grapefruit McFizz.
McSpicy fans can now test their spice tolerance with another variation of the burger – the Sweet BBQ McSpicy – launched on Wednesday (Jun 28).
Available at all McDonald’s outlets, the burger is priced at $8.10 for a la carte and starts from $9.20 as an Extra Value Meal.
Similar to the original version, the Sweet BBQ McSpicy comes with a classic chicken patty and lettuce. In this version, however, the mayonnaise is swapped out with a sweet and smoky BBQ creme sauce. The burger is also topped with strips of chicken bacon.
Additional seasonal releases include the new Cocoa-nut Pie and Grapefruit McFizz, priced at $1.70 and $3.80 respectively.
The new releases will also be available on food delivery platforms such as the McDelivery app, GrabFood and Foodpanda.
