Marquee nightclub at MBS to reopen on Jul 1

Close to three months since the local nightlife scene began reopening, Marquee nightclub at Marina Bay Sands (MBS) will finally be making its long-awaited return on Jul 1.

Spanning over 2,300 sqm, Marquee is Singapore’s largest nightclub with three floors to party on and even features an eight-armed ferris wheel with photo booths in each pod.

All guests have to either be fully vaccinated, recovered from COVID-19 within the past 180 days or be medically ineligible for a COVID-19 vaccination to enter the club.

They must also present a supervised negative Antigen Rapid Test (ART) result upon entry, and keep their masks on at all times except for when they are eating or drinking.

There will be two testing facilities stationed on-site that clubbers can go to without any prior appointment. 

The first one is at L1 at Sand Expo & Convention Centre and is open from 11am to 7pm daily. At Sands Expo & Convention Centre, each ART costs $30.

The second testing facility is at L2, The Shoppes, above Canton Paradise. It is open from 9pm to 5am on Fridays and Saturdays, and offers two supervised ART testing services. 

Guests are can either bring their own ART kit for supervised testing for $15, or purchase an ART kit provided by Dr Anywhere for $20.

Party-goers are strongly encouraged to pre-purchase tickets and make table reservations online as even though walk-ins are accepted, they are subject to venue capacity and availability of tables.

Tickets will be available online prior to the event or at the door until they are sold out. More information on ticket sales and the DJ line-up will be announced on MBS’s website in due time.

Ticket holders must arrive before 11.30pm. Entry is not guaranteed after 11.30pm and re-entry is not allowed before 3am.

Marquee will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm to 6am. Food and alcoholic beverages will be available until closing time.
