The quartet is the first act to perform on the streaming platform’s latest K-pop series.
Korean girl group MAMAMOO’s online concert, to be held on May 1 to 2, will be the first in an online K-pop series launched by British music streaming service LIVENow.
The show, titled LIVENow K-pop Presents Mamamoo, will be broadcast worldwide at different screening times to reach a larger audience.
Not only will fans get to enjoy watching the group perform their music live, fans will also get to watch some behind-the-scenes moments.
Singaporean fans who wish to watch LIVENow K-pop Presents Mamamoo can catch it via LIVENow on May 1, 5pm.
Livestream tickets are available at S$20, while Watch Together tickets – which allow up to four users to chat while watching the show together – are selling at $60. For more information, head to LIVENow’s website here.
LIVENow has previously hosted musical performances for artists such as Dua Lipa, Maroon Five and Ellie Goulding.
Currently, the platform has collaborated with Korea’s TR Entertainment in hopes of broadcasting more K-pop performances to cater to more K-pop fans. MAMAMOO is a four-member girl group that debuted in 2014, releasing popular singles such as Delcalcomanie, You’re The Best, and Yes I Am. The group has won 43 awards, including “Artist of the Year (Bonsang)” and “Best Performer”.
