Love, Bonito to launch women’s activewear brand cheak on Oct 21
The inaugural collection includes 12 styles designed with Asian women in mind.
Womenswear brand Love, Bonito will introduce a sister brand, cheak, on Friday (Oct 21).
The upcoming women’s activewear brand is a relaunch of butter., which was acquired by Love, Bonito over the past year.
The inaugural collection of cheak will include 12 different styles of sports bras, leggings and biker shorts. They will come in seven inclusive sizes from XXS to XXL and 13 colours that cater from warm to cool skin tones.
Users looking for a more earthy colour palette can go for colours that include Pickle, Truffle, Sesame and Potion as they will serve as easy staple pieces. Bolder ladies can also go for colours that include Wink, Blush, Moon and Green.
The activewear collection features trendy pieces that are available in two fabrics, namely BaseCore and BaseFlex.
The BaseCore fabric is suited for high intensity activities like HIIT, spinning and running. It also provides enhanced support and has sweat wicking properties to allow users to be cool and dry post-workout.
Meanwhile, the BaseFlex fabric is said to have a smooth and ultra-soft feel to it, making it suitable for low-intensity activities such as yoga, pilates. It is also stretchier and caters to consumers who prefer a softer and more feminine aesthetic.
Prices for the activewear range from $50 to $79.

The brand will be available on the Love, Bonito and cheak website on Friday. It will also be at all physical Love, Bonito stores islandwide.
Early access for Gold and Silver members will be available from Thursday (Oct 20), on Love, Bonito’s Global Website and Love, Bonito Singapore’s ION store.
