The Squid Game craze has taken the world by storm, with even F&B outlets jumping aboard the bandwagon.
Local confectionery, Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh announced in a Facebook post on Oct 15 that they’ll be launching a new Make Your Own Ang Ku Kueh workshop. The twist? It’ll be Squid Game themed.
The advanced Ang Ku Kueh workshop will be an instructor-led, hands-on-session whereby participants will learn dough folding, colour selection, character structure arrangement, skin thickness and kueh filling.

In just three days, the post has garnered over 500 likes, with many users asking if the kuehs will be available for purchase. While the bakery has yet to address this, it seems like many are ready to pay, no matter the price.
While the minimum age requirement is seven years old, it is highly recommended that those interested undergo an introductory class before registering for this workshop.
Each class will take in a maximum of six students, with one instructor to three students. Everything required will be provided, including kitchen equipment, baking ingredients, an apron and packaged boxes for you to take your little masked men home!
Prices start from $125 for weekday slots and $130 for weekend slots.
