LIVENow to provide pay-per-view broadcasting of Premier League matches in Singapore
The live streaming platform will allow users to stream selected matches legally for just $10 per match.
Jadon Sancho (and soon, Raphael Varane) has joined Manchester United, Romelu Lukaku is returning to Chelsea and Manchester City has splashed the cash on Jack Grealish.
The upcoming 2021/2022 Premier League season, which starts on Aug 14, is guaranteed to be another exciting one. But if you are finding the monthly subscription fee for the entire Premier League season on pay TV a little too hefty, then good news: LIVENow is now offering selected matches for streaming on a pay-per-view basis.
The live streaming platform is offering single match passes for $10, for one selected match each week.
Users will be able to stream the games conveniently on either their mobile phones, tablets, TVs or PCs. Users will also have access to watch games together with up to three friends in a private chat room.
In the first weekend of the new Premier League season, LIVENow is streaming the match between Norwich City and Liverpool, which kicks off at 12.30am on Aug 15.
Subsequently, users are able to purchase single match passes for Southampton versus Manchester United (Aug 22, 9pm), Wolves vs Man United (Aug 29, 10.30pm), Manchester City vs Leicester City (Sep 11, 10pm), Liverpool vs Crystal Palace (Sep 18, 10pm) and Leeds United vs West Ham (Sep 25, 10pm).
Other fixtures on LIVENow will be progressively made available here.
LIVENow was the exclusive on-demand streaming broadcaster of EURO 2020.
Founded by Andrea Radrizzani, the chairman of Leeds United, LIVENow’s Premier League coverage will build on the service’s growing portfolio of sports rights and access to on-demand content.
Other events that are available to stream on LIVENow include online concerts of K-pop group MAMAMOO and pop star Dua Lipa.
