Kipling to launch Hello Kitty Rabbit Year collection; includes backpacks, crossbody bags, pouches
The collection will be available from Dec 26.
Hello Kitty fans can now go Chinese New Year visiting while carrying limited edition Kipling bags embossed with Hello Kitty in a rabbit costume.
In collaboration with Sanrio, Kipling will launch the Hello Kitty Rabbit Year collection on Dec 26. The collection will include backpacks, crossbody bags and pouches.
According to Kipling, the embroidery of the Hello Kitty in a rabbit costume represents “good luck, resilience and optimism”.

One of the items in this collection is the lightweight DELIA MINI backpack. Priced at $215 each, this backpack may be useful for those who would like a hands-free experience while carrying their essential items.

Alternatively, one can purchase the RIRI crossbody bag, priced at $159 each, which also provides a hands-free experience. It is multi-layered and comes with two separate storage compartments.

Can’t decide between a tote or shoulder sling bag? The KALA MINI bag is both. The item is priced at $159 each and the straps come in contrasting colours.

Those who would like something smaller can consider the ZADOK pouch instead. Priced at $89, the ZADOK pouch is said to be suitable for makeup and small essential items.

All bags in this collection come with an inner lining that is made from 100 per cent recycled polyester. Each bag will also have an exclusive metal Kipling x Hello Kitty keychain attached to it.
Those interested can purchase the collection on Kipling’s website and in-stores from Dec 26.
