Jurong Bird Park offering admission tickets at $10 from Nov 19

Jurong Bird Park is offering $10 admission tickets for local residents from Nov 19 till its final day of operations on Jan 3, 2023. 

The promotion is part of park’s A Flight To Remember campaign and is a tribute to local residents for over five decades of support, it said in a press release on Monday (Nov 14). 

A variety of activities will kick off on Nov 19, including carnival games, rides, traditional hawker fare, and a Nostalgic Signature Tour.

The Celebration Caw-nival held at Penguin Coast and Birdz of Play will feature many carnival games and rides. Visitors will need to purchase a Caw-nival Fun Card with minimum $15 to take part in the activities.

Those who are feeling more adventurous can head on over to the Birdz of Play, with rides such as the Tea Cup Carousel and the Soaring Swing. 

Visitors can also get up-close with the birds through feeding sessions at the African Treetops and Waterfall Aviary.

The park will also be offering the Nostalgic Signature Tour this holiday season, facilitated by seasoned guides who will be sharing their stories over the years. 

The Flamingo Lodge has been transformed into Kampung Jurong, offering traditional hawker dishes reminiscent of when the park first opened in 1971.

Bookings for the promotional admissions have started, with entry dates from Nov 19 to Jan 3, 2023. To enjoy the promotion, local residents must sign up for a complimentary WildPass.

The birds and animal care teams currently situated at Jurong Bird Park will move over to Bird Paradise in the second quarter of 2023, which will be situated at Mandai Wildlife Reserve alongside the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari and River Wonders.
