Fans of BTS can now look forward to meeting the BT21 characters “in person”, thanks to Jewel Changi Airport’s latest holiday offerings.

The LINE FRIENDS’ BT21 themed Glamping and Glampinic packages will be available at Jewel Changi Airport from May 27 to Jun 26.

Glamping is a portmanteau of “glamourous” and “camping” while Glampicnic is a combination of “glamourous” and “picnic”. These are activities where amenities and access to resort-style services are made available.

The Glampcation package provides an overnight stay at Jewel for guests, which will run from 6pm to 10am the next day.

Each glamping tent is decked out with BT21-themed decorations and provides amenities such as air-beds and charging points for guests to use. It can accommodate up to four guests at any one time.

Located at the Cloud9 Piazza, the top-most level of Jewel, guests can expect views of the HSBC Rain Vortex during their stay. Guests will also receive two exclusive BT21 T-shirts and tickets to attractions within Jewel such as the Canopy Park as a part of the package.

Each glamping stay costs $320 from Mondays to Thursdays and $360 on Fridays and the weekends.

For those who would prefer not to stay overnight, the Glampicnic package provides a day picnic option.

The BT21 themed glampicnic tents provide a picnic set-up with disposable cutleries, a cooler box and charging points among other amenities for guests. Each tent can accommodate up to six guests.

Guests can either choose to bring their own food or pre-order from Changi Eats, Changi Airport’s food delivery service.

The exclusive $10 voucher that comes with the package can be used to get discounts off the food ordered through the service.

Guests will also receive two exclusively designed BT21 tote bags as a part of the package.

Each glampicnic session will cost $160 from Mondays to Thursdays, and $180 on Fridays and the weekends. Bookings for both packages can be made here.

Other than the glamping experience, visitors can also get up and close with the BT21 characters at other spots in Jewel.

At the Shiseido Forest Valley, visitors can snap photos with the giant inflatable BT21 guardian space robot, VAN. The inflatable stands at 4.5 metres tall, lights up at night and rests atop a light interactive galactic floor that changes its colours when stepped on.

Within Canopy Park, the other seven BT21 characters can be located at five different spots within the park.

TATA can be found at the entrance arch while RJ and KOYA are located at a beach party set-up in the park. Another character, MANG, will be located at the interactive dance floor section of the park. At a graffiti wall, the character COOKY can be seen. Within the vicinity, visitors can also spot SHOOKY and CHIMMY.

The characters will be on display until Jul 17.
