IMPACT 0366: A HEART FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES

Hi, I am Lionel Low! I founded two companies, and there’s nothing more that I love than creating and innovating. I started my tailoring business when I was 23, and have since developed a deep appreciation for local talents and culture.

Supporting local businesses is personal to me, and I recently founded OrderForm — a web-based online shop creator specially curated for home-based business owners to manage their often manual processes. Many of them have lost their jobs due to the pandemic and are trying to make a living through their new small businesses. OrderForm is currently collaborating with delivery partners and payment features to help new business starters connect with resources and ecosystems. So far, we have over 300 clients onboard.

I feel motivated when clients find OrderForm useful. Listening to their feedback makes me feel excited to grow alongside Singapore’s many other small businesses.
