IMPACT 0204: IMPACTING OUR COMMUNITY ONE YOUTH AT A TIME

Timothy Low works at Halogen Foundation, a youth development charity aiming to make character education more accessible and available to all youth. As he experienced the opportunity gap and the loss of meaning when he was a youth, he became passionate about youth development and what that outcome will mean for the future of Singapore.  Outside of work, he is the outgoing Curator (‘20-‘21) of the Global Shapers Community in Singapore. Through the Shapers, he has led our community to impact areas like women empowerment, youth mentorship, food waste, and domestic migrant workers.
