Regine Chan is the co-founder of Generation Z, a non-profit driving social mobility across Asia through meaningful employment opportunities for underprivileged youth.

She is also an analyst at General Atlantic, a leading private equity (US$50B+ AUM) that provides capital and strategic support for global growth-stage firms, with deep philanthropic roots and a focus on impact. She brings a wealth of experience across the private, public, and social sectors in Asia, having worked in impact-driven organisations such as McKinsey & Company, Google, Accenture, Mercedes Benz, Startup Autobahn, Enterprise Singapore etc.
