IMPACT 0073: HELPING RESIDENTS RESETTLE INTO NEW HOMES

Raphael Hugh Chang, 23, started as a volunteer for the Cassia Resettlement Team, and is now the lead of partnerships. He connects with groups like the South East CDC, Senior Activity Centre and Grassroots organisations to help the residents at Cassia Crescent cope with their resettlement.

On the ground, Raphael conducts house visits with the residents of Block 52 Cassia Crescent and understands their unique needs before trying to assist them.
