IMPACT 0015: SMALL STEPS MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE
An animal lover since young, singer-songwriter Joie Tan, 26, used the resources she had and started Layla Luna, an online accessory brand to spread awareness about the reality behind animal shelters in Singapore and promote adopting among pet owners.
She also volunteers when she has free time, and donates a portion of the sales from her business to these non-profit organisations.
