Those living in the East will now have Singapore’s longest indoor waterslide, 10 double-storey villas, and urban hangout spaces within reach.

These facilities are nestled within the new HomeTeamNS clubhouse at Bedok Reservoir Park, which officially opened to the public on Wednesday (Jan 4).

The clubhouse adopts a “Waterfront Haven” theme and is equipped with smart access systems, green features and several first-of-its-kind facilities.

It is also the second clubhouse to boast an array of digital capabilities, following HomeTeamNS Khatib.

The new clubhouse comes complete with Singapore’s first integrated water adventure centre which will remain operational despite weather conditions. Known as Aqua Adventure, the centre features Singapore’s longest indoor waterslide at 114m.

There is also a digital active experience arena, known as Action Motion, equipped with Singapore’s first score-tabulating gamifier system.

The arena features Augmented-Reality (AR) bouldering walls, AR trampoline, multi-level obstacle course and a net maze. Participants’ scores and timings will be captured by the system and displayed on a leaderboard.

The clubhouse also houses an array of F&B, retail and enrichment facilities that cater to Home Team NSmen and their families.

There are halal and non-halal F&B options such as Sum Dim Sum, Sri Bistari, Fun Toast, Burger King, Georges’ Bar and Xiao Mu Deng.

Other retail and enrichment facilities include a 24-hour 7-Eleven, PlayFacto School, Trifecta Martial Arts, Yoga Inc and The Dance Station.

The five-storey clubhouse is also said to have an estimated overall development cost of $85 million.

Chief Executive of HomeTeamNS, Ms Agnes Eu, assured members that they would now be able to “navigate (the HomeTeamNS) clubhouses seamlessly” as they have been integrated with “innovative digital solutions”.

“On the sustainability front, the (HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir) clubhouse is awarded BCA Green Mark Platinum for its various green features that maximise energy efficiency and water conservation,” she added.

The clubhouse is located at 900 Bedok North Rd, Singapore 479994. Reservation details and more information on each facility can be found on its website.
