Taking afternoon high-teas to the next level, home-based business Jamming Scones prides itself on its innovative creation – mochi-infused artisanal scones.

Handmade with premium ingredients, these sweet treats are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside.

Some unique flavours that are available include:

Matcha with Hokkaido Adzuki Beans Mochi

Accompanied by the sweetness of Jamming Scones’ homemade Pickled Sakura Condensed Milk, the matcha and adzuki beans are surely a match made in heaven not to be missed.

Miso Marshmallow

As strange as it sounds, this combination of sweet and savoury has proven to be one of the most addictive flavours on the menu.

Made with organic white miso paste and chives, the crumbly scones are topped with a fluffy piece of marshmallow.

A special butter has also been made specifically for the Miso Marshmallow scone to accentuate the flavours. Called the Garlic Togarashi Butter, the fragrant blend of garlic and Shichimi Togarashi powder will have you coming back for more.

Orh-nee (Yam Paste)

Miss Taiwan? Here’s a must-try for you.

Made from Taiwan imported Da Jia Yam that is famous for its richness and fragrance, this Orh Nee scone is one of the newer flavours.

To create an elevated experience, additional chunks of Da Jia Yams have been added into the paste.

Each scone is priced at $2.80 or $3, with the option to purchase in sets of six or eight pieces. These sets also come with artisan jams of your choice and Gryphon Tea – a complete high tea package for you to enjoy at home.

Besides these intriguing flavours, Jamming Scones has launched a myriad of experimental combinations which are currently off-season. These include Rosemary Parmesan, Bak Kua, Strawberry Lavender, Osmanthus Nian Gao, and Okinawa Brown Sugar with Milk Mochi.
