Häagen-Dazs’s new macaron ice cream range, made in collaboration with renowned pastry chef Pierre Hermé, will be available in Singapore stores on May 15.

Currently only available in France and the United Kingdom, the new range features ice cream with macaron shells mixed in, and flavours such as Strawberry & Raspberry, Yuzu & Lemon and Double Chocolate Ganache.

These flavours will also be incorporated into the summer menu at all Haagen Dazs stores to create drinks such as the Berry in Love Macaron Smoothie and new Le Macaron cakes.

Along with the new release, customers can redeem a free scoop of ice cream at the Häagen-Dazs VOCO Orchard from May 19 to 31, by using the “Which Macaron Ice Cream Flavour are you” Instagram filter. To redeem the ice cream, customers must share the story on Instagram and tag @haagendazssg before showing the post to outlet staff to redeem the flavour of ice cream according to the filter results.

The Häagen-Dazs X Pierre Hermé collection will be available at all major supermarkets, hypermarkets, e-tailers and convenience stores.
