In the lead up to Valentine’s Day, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel is offering a riverside dining experience along Robertson Quay.

The outdoor pop-up began on Feb 5, and will continue till Feb 14.

The dining experience features an international-themed snack menu, from the likes of crispy tempura maki to wagyu beef burgers, along with a range of alcoholic beverages.

The experience is coupled with the hotel’s ongoing light display by experimental art collective Very Small Exhibition.

Helmed by Singaporean artist Wei Lieh Lee, the art installation titled River of Life has lit up the hotel’s facade every night since Feb 5, and will continue till Valentine’s Day.
