GR.iD, an abbreviation for Great Identities, officially opened its doors at 1 Selegie Road on Feb 12, sporting six levels and shops ranging from retail to education and entertainment.

Teaming up with brand consultancy 8traordinary and gaming startup Storms, the game tournament is intended to interject some fun into the shoppers’ retail experience.

In a press statement on Feb 16, managing director at 8traordinary Jeffrey Lim said: “As Singapore transitions towards endemic living, more consumers will be going out of their homes.

“GR.iD Arena will help visitors reconnect as they are engaged in fun, competitive activities down at GR.iD’s physical space.”
